I missed my delivery. What happens now?
We will attempt to deliver your order again the next working day. If the package cannot
be delivered after 3 attempts, we will cancel your order.
Can my parcel be delivered to an office address?
Yes! Your parcel can be delivered to any address convenient for you. Just enter your
preferred address as your shipping address before checking out.
Can I change my shipping address after I have placed my order?
Once an order has been placed, the shipping address cannot be changed. If you want to
change the shipping address, we will have to cancel and replace the original order.

How long does it take to receive my product?
The delivery timeline is indicated on the product page under the name of the seller. It
is in business days, thus, it does not take into account weekend days and public
holidays. It includes the time for the seller to fulfill the order, the international
shipping to Myanmar, the customs clearance in Myanmar and the first attempt to deliver
the order to your doorstep.
What are delivery charges?
Delivery charges are the costs undertaken by Shop and our logistics partners to bring
your ordered item to your doorstep.
Does Shop deliver internationally?
Unfortunately, Shop is not offering international delivery at the moment.
