Return and Refund
How long is the quality evaluation process?
The quality evaluation process may take 2 to 4 business days once the item reaches our
warehouse.

The Refund Process will only begin after we have completed evaluating your returned
product and if it is deemed to be a valid return then we will refund you within 7
business days.
- If it is an invalid return, the product will be sent back to you in 2-3 business days.
Refund Policy

If your product is eligible for a refund, you can choose your preferred refund method.
The shipping fee is refunded along with the amount paid for your returned product.
The time required to complete a refund depends on the refund method you have selected.
Once we have received your product (2-3 working days) and it has undergone a quality
control (1-2 working days)
How to Return a product
To return a product, please check the Return Policy for your order item first.
If you’re eligible for a return, please follow the below mentioned steps;

Go to 'My Orders' under 'Account'.

Click on 'Manage' on the specific order you want to return.

Please click on 'Return', and select the relevant reason, and shipping option on the
online return form.

Click on submit and print the return label.
- Paste it on the parcel and we will either pick up or you will drop it off at one of our
hubs.
Are faster service options available for returns?

No. However, we try our best to have your item(s) picked-up by our couriers & get you
the replacement as soon as possible.
