The following return policy applies to overseas products and supersedes all other terms under conditions of sales on Shop and the Werloop Return Policy:

Returns are only accepted for the reason listed below:

• Item is defective: Item is damaged upon delivery or is not according to the seller’s specification.
• Item is wrong: Item delivered is not the item you ordered. Returns on any other basis will not be accepted.

• You will only pay what is quoted as final price at checkout. This price is inclusive of international shipping, customs duties, taxes and customs clearance fees.

• Product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not necessarily be in destination country languages.
• The products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labelling requirements.
• The products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate).
• As your order is sourced and shipped from our international sellers, the delivery time will be longer compared to an order from a local seller.
